Something about gov tenders in Ukraine

In order to avoid of abuse in the market of state procurement, to creation of competitive environment and to escape corruption, the national administration has introduced legislative mechanisms of regulation of state procurement process. Over the past five years, legislation and, accordingly, the rules in government tenders have changed several times. The existing law of government procurements contains a provision on equal participation in procurement process, both domestic and foreign manufacturers, creating a competitive environment and providing efficient use of government funds.
